Montblanc 1858 Geosphere
Montblanc 1858 Geosphere: 42 mm case, automatic movement, calibre MB 29.25, water-resistant to 100 m.
Description
The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere belongs to the Montblanc 1858 line, inspired by professional watches Minerva produced in the 1920s and 1930s for the military and exploration, and is dedicated to the Seven Summits challenge. It features a manufacture world-time complication created by Montblanc's watchmakers in Villeret: two domed globes (Northern and Southern Hemisphere) moving in opposite directions, each completing a full rotation in 24 hours, topped by a 24-time-zone scale and a day/night indicator. Luminescent continents improve visibility in the dark. The watch also shows a second time zone and the date.
