1 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, TREELANKS grants its customers an extended withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the order (beyond the legal minimum of 14 days), allowing them to withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be in its original packaging, complete and undamaged,
  • be unworn, unused and in perfect resalable condition (with all protective films, tags, documents and accessories),
  • be returned within a maximum of 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are covered by TREELANKS.

2 – Delivery and Checking Upon Receipt

Products are delivered to the address provided when the order was placed.
The customer must check the condition of the parcel and its contents upon receipt.

Any irregularity (damaged parcel, missing item, defective or non-conforming product) must:

  • be noted on the carrier’s delivery slip as dated and signed handwritten reservations, where applicable,
  • be reported by email to hello@treelanks.com, with photos, within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.

Claims for visible damage or missing items cannot be accepted after this period. This does not affect your right of withdrawal or your legal guarantees.

3 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

For any return request, the customer must contact our customer service through the “Contact” section, using the subject “Satisfied or your money back” and stating the corresponding order number.

Returns must be sent with a trackable shipping service, such as:

  • Colissimo, DHL or equivalent,
  • or another secure carrier.

No return will be accepted without the prior approval of customer service. We recommend insuring the parcel and keeping proof of shipment.

4 – Refund

Once the withdrawal is confirmed, TREELANKS undertakes to refund the full amount paid for the products concerned, including the initial standard delivery costs, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5 – Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is returned with:

  • a discrepancy with the original order,
  • missing parts or signs of wear or use,
  • unauthorised modifications or damaged packaging,

TREELANKS reserves the right to refuse the refund, to reduce it to reflect the loss in value of the product, or to request additional evidence, in accordance with applicable law.

Products must be returned complete, including accessories and original packaging.

6 – Delivery Errors

Any delivery error (type, quantity or reference) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

If the error is attributable to TREELANKS, the customer will receive a prepaid return label so that the product can be returned free of charge, and the correct product will be sent or the order refunded, at the customer’s choice.

7 – Legal and Commercial Guarantees

All products sold by TREELANKS benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (EU Directive 2019/771), valid for 2 years from delivery,
  • the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code),
  • as well as a commercial guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase.

We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two years.

If a product is recognised as defective by our service, TREELANKS undertakes to:

  • repair or replace the product concerned,
  • at no additional cost or compensation.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • improper, negligent or abusive use,
  • impacts, falls or damage resulting from accidents,
  • exposure to water or moisture beyond the stated water resistance of the watch,
  • normal wear of parts subject to wear (battery, strap, crystal scratches),
  • opening of the case or repairs and modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties.

For parts or products not manufactured directly by TREELANKS, the guarantee is limited to the conditions of the respective manufacturer, without prejudice to the legal guarantees.
