The Doppiotempo unites U-Boat’s rugged design language with a practical dual-time function: a bidirectional bezel lets the wearer track a second time zone at a glance, operated via a patented crown-release lever. The case is crafted in naturally aged bronze, which develops its own unique patina over time, and carries the brand’s distinctive left-side crown position. The three-tier black dial, with a visible ruby and bronzed, brushed hands, sits beneath a high-quality sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, while a U-shaped smoked-sapphire caseback window reveals the movement. The Swiss automatic movement, customised to U-Boat’s specification, runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour with around 38 hours of power reserve, driving hours, minutes, seconds, date and the 24-hour indicator. It is fitted on a hand-finished leather strap with a bronze pin buckle, and rated to 100 metres of water resistance.
