Delivery, return and warranty policy

Delivery

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as we receive your payment. The parcel will be shipped by Colissimo France and you will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped so you can track your parcel. You will be kept informed of the different stages of the delivery (preparation, handling, possible delay in delivery, pending) by email.

Please note that orders to countries outside the European Union may incur additional charges (customs duties and taxes). Unfortunately, customs duties and taxes are not included in the price. If you would like to know more about the fees that may apply in your country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Home delivery service

Your package will be delivered at home against signature. If you are not available, a notice will be left in your mailbox and the postman will try to deliver again the next day. If you are still not available at the time of the second passage, you’ll need to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office, a signature will be required. The package will be held for 15 days, after this period it will be returned to us.

Delivery at a collection point 

When choosing this delivery option (only possible for France at the moment), your parcel will be delivered to a collection point. Once your parcel arrives at the location, you will be notified by e-mail so you can go and collect it, against your signature. The parcel remains at your disposal for 10 days, after this period the parcel will be returned to us.

We strive to prepare and ship all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Deliveries are made within 2 to 9 working days, after shipping, depending on the country you live in. For delivery lead times, please consult the table below.

Return policy

Items purchased from Treelanks can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. During this time, you may try on the product and examine it as you would if you were purchasing something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and not damaged in any way.

If you decide to return the item, please let us know by filling out the withdrawal form on our website, or by sending an email to: contact@treelanks.com.

For orders shipped by customers in the European Union: We will send you a return label by email afterward. Please pack the product carefully. Then print your label and stick it on the package before dropping it off at the post office.

If you are from outside the European Union: returns will be at your charge and must be returned to us using a delivery confirmation or a shipping method with a tracking number.

Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your return notification.

Processing your return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

Refund

If approved, we will refund you the full amount within 14 days from the day we receive the item. We will use the same payment method you used for the order.

Warranty

We offer you a 24-month warranty. During this period, Treelanks will repair any defects in the material or workmanship of your item free of charge. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from abnormal use.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage or defect resulting from misuse or improper handling such as (shock, crushing, etc.)
  • Any defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear or aging of the components, such as (strap wear, scratches on the case or glass, etc.).
  • Defects caused by maintenance of the watch or its components.
  • Damage caused by loss, theft, water, steam, etc.

Warranty claims:

For warranty claims, we kindly request you to contact our customer service department by sending a complete request that includes:

  • your name and surname
  • your order number
  • a photo of the item concerned

On the basis of the picture sent, our customer service will check the article and determine whether the defect can be covered by the warranty or not. If the service concludes that the defect is covered by the warranty, a return label will be sent to you so that you can return your item to us free of charge. We will refund, replace or repair the item or part.
