Yes, we deliver to the countries in the following list: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates.
Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 2 to 9 working days depending on the country you live in, for products that are in stock. For more information, please see our shipping and return policy here.

We do everything possible to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible. This allows us to guarantee our customers the fastest possible delivery, therefore we are not able to make any changes once your order has been validated.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email providing you with your tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your order.
If the product is marked as delivered and you have not received it, we invite you to first inquire at your local post office. To do this, you will need your tracking number. If the problem persists, and for any questions about the tracking of the order or the shipping, we invite you to contact us at: contact@treelanks.com.
If you have received a damaged product, we kindly ask you to follow the following procedure so we can help solve this problem quickly: Please email us at contact@treelanks.com within 48 hours of the delivery with pictures of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order and we will get back to you shortly afterwards.
We don’t offer an exchange service at the moment. However, after receiving your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. As soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse, and after inspection of the product, a full refund will be issued and you will be able to reorder the item you want. We offer free returns and shipping.
